Meet the Team
Operations Manager
Tanner Eskew
Tanner is proud to say that his family, along with Eskew Electric, were born and raised in Austin, Texas — true Austinites. Born in November of 1993, Tanner is one of the youngest Master Electricians in the state of Texas.
He was raised by a family of electricians — including his father Sam and his oldest brother Sammy — giving him the foundation to carry on the family legacy. For Tanner, being an electrician has always been more than a career; it is a way of life.
He approaches every job with a commitment to safety and quality, no matter the size of the project. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Account Manager
Hayden Eskew
Hayden oversees the business side of Eskew Electric — from marketing and advertising to accounting and operations. His attention to detail and drive for efficiency keep the company running smoothly.
Hayden spent much of his twenties in Puerto Rico, where he acquired raw land, built a home, and ran a successful YouTube channel. He returned to Texas in 2022 and immediately set to work modernizing and streamlining the family business.
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys time with his Australian cattle dog Jibo, serving at his local church, leading worship for his Bible study group, and exploring the outdoors.
Founder
Sam Eskew
Sam Eskew founded the company with a simple belief: do the work right, treat people well, and the rest will follow. With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Sam has seen and done it all.
A dedicated family man, Sam has always prioritized the people around him — whether coaching Little League Baseball for years or mentoring the next generation of electricians on his own team.
Though Sam has stepped back from day-to-day operations, his influence is felt in everything Eskew Electric does. He remains a proud supporter of the team and a lifelong fan of UT and the Dallas Cowboys.
Journeyman Electrician
Damien Delgado
A proud native Texan, Damien developed a passion for electrical work early in life — learning the trade hands-on alongside his grandfather. That early foundation gave him a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
After joining Eskew Electric as an apprentice, Damien dedicated himself to sharpening his skills and recently passed his Journeyman Electrician exam — a milestone that reflects years of hard work and commitment to the trade.
Outside of work, Damien is an avid sports fan who loves staying active and spending quality time with family. He recently welcomed a new child and is embracing the next exciting chapter of his life.
Journeyman Electrician
Alden Tindall
Born and raised in Washington State, Alden began his electrical career shortly after college and quickly developed a reputation for reliability and technical knowledge. He made the move to Texas and joined the Eskew Electric team, earning his Texas Journeyman license within his first year.
Alden brings a well-rounded perspective to every job — his curiosity extends well beyond the trade, with a working knowledge of topics ranging from fishing and the outdoors to personal finance and investing.
When he is not on the job, you will likely find Alden out on the water. Fishing is his passion, and the Texas Hill Country has given him plenty of new spots to explore.
Apprentice Electrician
Robert Salinas
Robert is one of the newest members of the Eskew Electric team, and he arrived with purpose. After a successful career in sales, Robert made a deliberate decision to pursue a skilled trade — one he could one day pass on to his children.
Born and raised in the Kyle area, Robert brings strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to every job site. His background in sales translates directly into the professionalism and care he shows on every project.
Robert is eager to grow within the trade and is already proving himself as a dependable and motivated member of the crew.
Apprentice Electrician
Kallan Kinchen
Kallan is a fresh face on the team, joining Eskew Electric straight out of high school with a drive to build a career in the electrical trade. He connected with Tanner through their shared church community, and that relationship opened the door to a path he is now fully committed to.
Kallan has a dual ambition — alongside his electrical training, he is actively working toward becoming a full-time firefighter. That combination of goals speaks to his character: hardworking, service-minded, and not afraid of a challenge.
He is a great addition to the team and brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn to every job site.
Electrician (Part-Time)
Garrett Blumhagen
Garrett is a full-time firefighter who brings the same discipline and work ethic to the job site that he carries into the firehouse. He has known both Tanner and Hayden through their church community for years, and when his schedule allows, he lends his skills to the Eskew Electric team.
Garrett's background in emergency services makes him a calm, focused, and safety-conscious presence on any project — qualities that fit right in with the Eskew Electric culture.
He recently welcomed a new child and is navigating the rewarding challenge of balancing fatherhood, firefighting, and electrical work with characteristic steadiness.
